Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Heels
Carefully place your shoes in their original box and protective dust bags, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
